I stood as a barricade between two trained boxers and recorded the sounds of them sparring until they were too tired to continue. I rewound the tape, moved to the other side of the gallery and pressed play. I shadowboxed to the tape recording, recreating the energy of the boxers' action.

BODY PRESSURE
+ APRIL 2017 - performance art residency at PAM Residencies, Los Angeles.
For four hours a night, three nights a week, for four consecutive weeks, I stood naked in front of a large mirror and confronted my struggle with body image. The residency concluded with two final 60 minute pieces on April 29 & 30.

I walked inside the Beverly Center on Black Friday wearing a blindfold until security asked me to leave.
